5. Orders and Agreements

Work orders will only be executed after signing a detailed engagement agreement between the client and the company. Without a signed agreement, the company is not committed to providing services or products. Payment terms, schedules, and warranty terms will be detailed in the engagement agreement.

6. Product Warranty

Manufacturer's Warranty

Our products are subject to manufacturer's warranty as detailed:

• Import Systems: Warranty according to manufacturer's terms
• Wood Windows: 10-year warranty on the frame, subject to proper maintenance
• Seals and Wear Parts: 2-year warranty
• Installation Work: 5-year warranty

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply to:

• Damage caused by improper or unreasonable use
• Damage resulting from force majeure (earthquakes, wars, etc.)
• Natural wear and color changes due to sun exposure
• Repairs performed by a party not authorized by the company
• Use of products not according to manufacturer's instructions

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including texts, images, designs, logo, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of the company and/or its suppliers and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Content may not be copied, duplicated, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission from the company.

8. Limitation of Liability

11. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981:

• For orders that have not yet begun production - cancellation is possible within 14 days of the order date.
• For custom-made products whose production has begun - cancellation fees will be charged according to the production stage.
• After installation - the transaction cannot be cancelled.
